It turns out that there's no Music AH for Worldcon 75.

I mean, on one level, I'm not shedding any tears over screwups with the convention after they booted me (and the way it was done). But on the other hand, my friends are going to miss out on a lot of the activity they enjoy at the convention because there's nobody put it together.

Complicated feelings.

I know a little how you feel, in that since I left my job of 28+ years I've been getting texts about how the place I spent so long holding together is now falling apart.

As far as I know (from Juliane, who is going), there is going to be filk concerts.
However, I believe there is no dedicated person organizing filk. It was kinda done along with the other programming, I guess. (We are not going.)

There will be concerts, yes. But there's nobody dedicated to running any of the music programme.

I haven't looked at the schedule myself.

Not that I would have made much evening programming (concerts or open filk) if I were going, given the distance to hotels and the demands of toddlers, but still...

Well, there are concerts and I'm expecting some open filk, but there should have been someone on top of that.
